Camping Buitenduin is located in the middle of North Holland, close to the Schoorlse Dunes. We are a small
child-friendly family campsite, located in the wooded area of ​​Schoorl in the municipality of Bergen. The center and the entrance to the Schoorlse Duinen and the forest are about 500 meters away. The Schoorl beach and the sea are only 5.5 km away on foot or by bike.
The campsite has pitches for tents, caravans, folding trailers and small campers. The campsite is a wonderful base for days out, with and without children, in nature. Activities in nature, by the sea, relaxing walks and beautiful cycling routes are plentiful. Athletes can indulge themselves on the challenging MTB course and runners have a wide choice of paved and unpaved routes. In the spring, the first bulb fields are already 9 km away.

Season 2026

The new season opens on Friday, March 27, 2026 until October 25, 2026. Rates 2026 can be found here.
We will not be available by phone until mid-February!
You can book on the map or via the booking site.

Families of 3 or more people who book more than 90 days before arrival date receive a 5% early booking discount on the accommodation price.

Can’t book your favorite pitch in one go?
Change your arrival/departure date, perhaps it only takes a few days of adjustment on your part to be able to book your preferred place.
At the end of the booking it is possible to leave a comment, please use this if you have an addition.
Don’t forget to have the registration number of your car, camper and caravan to hand when you book.

We will close our doors for the winter on October 26, 2025. We will then be unavailable by telephone and limited by email until mid-February 2026.

Our Camping Pitches

Our Comfort camping pitches and Comfort camping pitches XL are suitable for family tents, trailer tents, caravans and campers (<7.5 meters). On the map these are the green places.  Reservations are highly recommended for the most beautiful places, especially in the early and late season.
For hikers and cyclists with a trekking tent, there is always a trekking tent site available and reservations are not necessary.

For families with children we have the Family Comfort pitches (XL), these pitches are close to the playground or within earshot. Check the map for the most beautiful locations.
